What CapRadar does

- Exports: CSV pack, board pack and journal entry CSV. The R&D flag is independent of CapEx treatment.
- Advanced adds hash-signed snapshots of locked periods that an auditor can verify offline, multiple policies and simulation, a review step with separation of duties, and the Rovo agent.
- Payroll and cost rates stay in Atlassian. Interface in English and Polish.
